For several days now, our Sissy had been off her feed, not playing, acting cowed, not wanting to move much.
I was worried when I left for work today, because she was laying on her pillow in the living room, not wanting to come when I called.
I just got home from work, and the DH was here, down on the floor with her. She had not moved since I left, and when he had tried to pick her up to take her to the vet, it hurt her and she cried.
The vet made a house call, and agreed there wasn't anything we could do. He took care of her right here at home, as we held and petted her. When he was finished, he took her away with him. She's gone.
Poor Sugar is so confused. She's looking all over the house and whining. They've never been apart, really, for all their fighting.
