Date: 2007-06-01 06:36 pm (UTC)It's voting is review-based: if you are a member of MEFA, you give reviews to the stories you like. Each review counts as a vote--but the longer the review is, the more points it's worth, up to a maximum (I think) of ten points.
And there are lots of awards, because categories are broken down into subcategories, so there are a good many awards to go around.
