Well, I'm back.
Jul. 28th, 2008 03:22 pmIt was the shortest job interview I've ever had. If I want it, the job's mine, the guy is that short-handed.
But I think I'd better talk it over with the DH. The hours are a bit more than I'd asked for, and one drawback is that sometimes I would not get off until midnight. If that's on a worknight for the DH, it wouldn't be a good thing--he needs his rest, and I know he wouldn't sleep if I wasn't home. And he'll fret about my safety being out that late.
Anyway, I'll talk to my hubby when I get home, and if he thinks it's a good thing anyhow, I'll call the guy back and accept.
It'll mostly be working in the snack bar, which should be fun--I haven't worked food service since I was in college.
