Today...

I worked today--a very long day! I was the only person in the market (that's the grocery section) and there was a steady stream of customers! And then we were supposed to have the Christmas party for the day shift afterwards--that turned out to be a bit of a dud, due to some miscommunication most of the people weren't there. Ah well!

But I brought burgers home for supper. And I found some nice things in the mail: a card from piplover and from knittedmerry and friends marigoldg,llinos and knittedpippin, and a card informing me that ceshaughnessy has given me a gift subscription to Writer's Digest!

And I have made a wee little start on a wee little Yule story.

I work tomorrow, but then I am off until Saturday!

Must have been a long day. I went to the market to pick up a couple of things, and it was very crowded. didn't have much trouble checking out, but getting out of the parking lot was not fun.
