Looking for quotes and a picture

I am decoupaging a purse and a pair of shoes. But I need a little bit of help. I'm looking for a couple of things. I have a quote for the purse, but all the ones I can find that I like are too long for the shoes. I'd like a couple one or two sentence brief quotes that will be calligraphed into an area of about one and a half inches high and about three inches long. Could be from LotR, The Hobbit or JRRT's Letters. I want two quotes, one for the left shoe and one for the right.

Also, for the purse, I want that really cool pic of the four hobbits in their finery standing in a field. All the ones I have so far found either have the field cropped out, or are too small. I need it to be about four or five inches. And I don't know how to fiddle sizes of things. If anyone has a link they could send me of that pic, I'd be eternally grateful.

Also if anyone knows of some links to some nice pics of the Shire or Bag End, I wouldn't mind. I have several already, but it's nice to have more to choose from.

I'm nearly finished with another purse I just did with a medieval theme.

It might be too big for your needs, but it's much clearer than the other.

Oh, that one's way too big; but you're right,it's very clear--I just spent a few minutes studying their sweet faces, *sigh*.

I feel like Goldilocks--too small, too big--I need one that's *just* right, LOL!

Sent you an email re the picture. It contains an attachment of the picture. Let me know if it works. I tried re-sizing it with the program I have, but I don't know if it will be too small or still too large as I am a very poor judge.

It came out just perfect, thank you! I am really excited about doing this purse. The medieval one is almost finished, I only have to brush on a coat of sealer, and put the hardware and handle on. I'm hoping to start on the shoes today. *grin* I'm planning to wear the shoes and carry the medieval purse at my niece's wedding in a couple of weeks.

If you have a digital camera I'd love to see the finished product. Sounds interesting. I should imagine that it will be quite a lot of work too.

I'm still working with coneygoil trying to get pics up. I have a bunch of projects I want to show off. We'll get it figured out sooner or later...
