I love how handy it is, and that I can put fic on it! And it helps that it comes from Barnes & Noble. We had a minor difficulty with it, and took it with us to the store, and the guy there quickly showed us what we were doing wrong! Much better to have a real person to help than having to call on the phone or go online-- though we have those options as well!
