That's very helpful. See, I have access to a Kindle because I know someone with one, but unfortunately there isn't a B&N within drivable distance for checking out The Nook. In fact, I believe you are the first person that I have known with The Nook.
I am making a pro's and con's list to compare the two based on the info I can get from people. I was told The Nook has a touch screen and I'm good with that because it's like my IPhone. Can you make folders on The Nook for storing your books and do they download automatically? My friend with The Kindle pre-orders books and then at midnight on their release dates they are automatically loaded to her Kindle. I liked that feature. Sorry for all of the questions. I just don't want to purchase the wrong one for me and with The Nook, I have no way to look at it other than on line before deciding.
