We're not supposed to get blizzard conditions. Just lots and lots of snow and sleet and ice on top of all the snow and guck we've already got.

But I can't say that your weather is making me feel very sanguine about what's coming down the pike at me.

Yep. Can't get off the front porch this morning. But the back step is fairly clear, so Sugar can still go out just a little. Needless to say, I won't let her stay out any longer than it will take her to make a puddle on the step.

It's whiteout conditions here. You can't really see *anything* out the windows.

The weatherman just said this system is on its way out of OK and is headed toward St. Louis and Chicago, and it's moving fast.

I couldn't see across the harbor to Boston this morning and this is what they're telling us is the "lighter" part of the "snow event".

It wasn't too bad, though. I'm at work, and not feeling totally misused. Tomorrow, though, I'm hoping the mayor chickens out.
