I just got home. We were at the polls when they opened, along with a long line of people who had the same idea of voting early and getting it over with. I did my duty. I just wish I felt better about it. I have a strong hunch that this election may very well go the same way the last one did; I pray I'm wrong.

It's hard to have any faith in the system these days, but I'm holding on to my belief that there won't be a repeat of 2004.
