dreamflowerThis morning we had appointments at the optometrist--new glasses now ordered! The DH and I are planning to get as much benefit as possible out of his health insurance before it runs out on the 31st.
He's in the breakfast nook now, with the phone and the laptop, in full job search mode. He will probably hit the road after lunch and check out some leads in person this afternoon.
I'm going to go walk on the treadmill in the gym this afternoon. I haven't said much about it, but I've been trying to get that into my routine. As soon as I can go more than a half-a-mile an hour, for more than 20 minutes, I'm going to start over at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
elronds_walkers and try once more to get to Rivendell. But so far I'm only managing to get over there about twice a week, and so far I haven't been able to walk more than 15 or 20 minutes except once. (And I need to find out how much swimming counts, because the two of us go swimming there twice a week also.)
I hope to get my new purse I've been working on finished this afternoon. When it's done, I'll try to post pics.
And I need to start making a packing list for Scotland!
