Day 1 - Ten random facts about yourself
Day 2 - Nine things you do everyday
Day 3 - Eight things that annoy you
Day 4 - Seven fears/phobias
Day 5 - Six songs that you’re addicted to
Day 6 - Five things you can’t live without
Day 7 - Four memories you won’t forget
Day 8 - Three words you can’t go a day without
Day 9 - Two things you wish you could do
Day 10 - One person you can trust

5 things I can't live without.

OK, I'm not going to be literal and say "air, water, food, and shelter", as that would waste four of them. Everyone needs those to live. So I'll be more figurative.

1. Something to read, books, magazines, fanfic, e-books, the back of a cereal box, whatever.

2. Internet. It's my lifeline to the rest of the world.

3. Music to listen to. I'm not fond of total silence, but often I'd much rather listen to music than watch TV.

4. Something to do--hence my many hobbies. I loathe being bored, and like to keep my hands occupied, whether it's knitting or sewing or doodling or whatever.

5. Companionship, most especially that of my husband. I do value alone time, but I need to know there is someone there for me, as I am there for him, and that any aloneness is both temporary and voluntary.

ANY reading is better than no reading. :)

Something to read. Yes indeed. I'm the same, I'll read anything handy.

You're right, we had a lot of similarities in our answers to this one. I agree with your choices 100%, and a good cereal box beats many a poor novel I've attempted to read.

You are very fortunate to have this and to appreciate/cherish this! This is the one thing I grieved for the most after not being married any more because I had never lived without it before, having been married 19 years.

Internet indeed!!!! I go crazy when my internet goes down, lol!

I agree with all of your answers but I don't need number five. I have been and probably always will be a bit of a loner. I feel crowded if I have someone around for too long. I think I'm slightly anti-social.

Yep, pretty much my list. Although the internet has become different for me. I'm still rather leery of socializing on it but I need to be on lots of social sites for my book. I wish it was still the fun, relaxing place it used to be for me. I've found nothing (and no one) to fill the gap that formed when things got touchy. I have trouble finding the time to just relax and be friends again and I miss it.

Hugs and thank you. Feels good to hear I'm missed. I hope so too. :-)
