The world needs kindness SO MUCH right now. It tears me up to see people who try to be kind and nice and civil ridiculed for being "goody-goody" and "wimpy".
This was lovely. I just tried to express this idea to a friend, about how even small amounts of joy can make the world better because we are all so interconnected and a seemingly unnoticed good deed can "pay forward" many times over.
This is what I've found so hard about where I live right now. Everyone is so self-centered and always in such a hurry that they rarely think of anyone but themselves. Many of the small good deeds that people did in the video took only a few seconds or no time at all. But we actually have to look up and believe other people worth it.
