More LotR fun with Polymer Clay

I've been playing about with my polymer clay again. See the picspam behind the cut:



Wee!hobbits and a tiny Bag End and a tiny Crickhollow. For an idea of scale, the tile is 6" square.



Wee!Merry in the orange blanket (because orange is Anso's favorite color); wee!Sam in the quilt; wee!Frodo in the blue blanket, and wee!Pippin in the green...



And here again, tiny Bag End and tiny Crickhollow. I'll be attaching pin backs to these. Crickhollow has a blue front door because danachan says so, LOL!

You're very talented. The only thing I can make with clay is a ball, or a snake...lol

Well, actually, balls and snakes are basically what I used to make these! Polymer clay is fun and easy to work with.

Wow, Dreamflower, those are great! You have talent. If I squish up clay it looks like.. um.. squished up clay.

I don't suppose you'd like to try your hand at a few Imladris elves and Rivendell?

A lot of my clay *does* look like squished up clay. Fortunately polymer clay is forgiving, as long as it hasn't been baked, I can just squish it up some more, and start over, LOL!

No, I'm afraid that the beauty of Elves and Rivendell would be beyond me! Hobbits are cute. Cute I can do!
