You know, those are some fascinating choices to represent "classic literature" out of all the "classics" there are in the world. I have nothing against any of the inclusions, though I've never read "Orlando" or "The Flowers of Evil", but it makes me wonder about all the *exclusions*--like "Canterbury Tales" or "The Decameron" or "Paradise Lost" or "Dante's Inferno" or "Moby Dick" or "Tom Sawyer" or "The Grapes of Wrath"? (And lots of others, as well. I know they could not *all* have been included, but I'm curious as to why *those* particular books were chosen over other considerations...
