I was too lazy to write much, but the guy e-mailed me to ask if I would answer another set of questions. He said he'd send them to me this week, but he hasn't yet. I'm rather curious! Did you get any extra questions?

Not yet. He told me the same. He did say that the second questionnaire was more individualized, and would take a little longer to prepare, though.
