Celebrating Middle-earth

I thought for my contribution today, I'd bring some attention to a fledgling community. It's read_lotr_group, which is the LJ community for a companion Yahoo!group,Community_Reading_LOTR_v2.

The community is for reading and discussing LotR. While there has been quite a discussion going on in the email group, posts on LJ have been basically confined to the initial crossposts from the email.

We've only gotten as far as Chapter 3, "Three's Company", but we'd welcome any comments or new posts on not only Chapter 3, but also the Prologue, Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, if anyone would like to join in the discussion!

I thought that this comment from Inkling is particularly worthy of discussion!
