I have just finished uploading my Pippin/Diamond fic at The Last Ship.

It Takes a Took

It's not a new story by any means--I originally began posting it at SoA in 2004. Pippin recovers from an accidental injury with the help of a lovely healer's apprentice...

It's a pretty much G-rated Pippin/Diamond, with some Merry/Estella on the side, and some Frodo and Sam as well. In addition to romance, it has some h/c spread out among several of the characters, humor and angst. 32 fairly short chapters plus an Epilogue.

*grin* I hope you enjoy it! My Pippin and Diamond are quite different from yours, but I hope you like my take on their love story!

Well, I've read two chapters so far, and I love them! I very much like this interpretation of Pippin; it incorporates the experience he came home with and subtly refashions him from the rather heedless tween he was before. I love how his father is so proud of him. :)
