We only had three stories entered into the shire_kitchen Celebrate! Recipe!Fic Challenge, though late entries are always welcome!

My story: Taking the Cake It's Frodo's last birthday before he leaves Bag End on the Quest, and Lily Cotton is making his birthday cake...

The other two stories are:

Of Bread and Butter by ceshaughnessy While Pippin's mother makes bread, Pippin and Tulip find a new friend.

Sensitivities by telperion1 In which Nob makes a mistake and worries about the consequences. Even in Middle-earth, they must have had food allergies.
