I could just imagine them sitting round him, like the little hobbit children sat around Bilbo in FotR, their eyes wide with amazement as he spun his tale!

I finally got a chance to catch up on this story. What an adventure Roverandom is having! The Professor really did have quite the imagination.

He had an amazing mind. I think one thing I love about this story is the impromptu nature of it, just one thing after another as he thought them up!
