It was really hard. My recipient didn't give me any details and had said "any" characters, and no Dear Santa letter either! So I had to figure it all out on my own, LOL!
I think they're still working on getting everything ready to go at the archive, and they'll send out the e-mails when that's done. If you'd like to set up an account now though I could send you an invite code.
Oh, gosh, I am embarrassed. I was sure I had invites but I see now I was wrong. :( Anyway, as far as I can tell everyone who's participating in Yuletide is going to get an e-mail telling them how to set up an account at the archive, and then they'll get to upload their stories, and the nice thing is that it will be possible for us to edit them ourselves. The bad thing is that it probably won't be ready until a few days before the posting deadline.
