Recipe fic: Friends in Need

Yesterday the recipe!fics for the shire_kitchen challenge were posted!

My story was Friends in Need and featured Hildifons "Trotter" Took and one of his Ranger friends, as they help out a family in need.

There were only two other stories--
one by pearltook1 and on by bslarner! I hope you'll check out their stories as well!

I'll have to go over and read your Trotter fic. I really enjoyed him in the longer fic you wrote. I liked your take on him very much.
If I could cook, I might write a recipe fic now and again. Unfortunately, most of what I manage involves a microwave or takeout and I don't recall microwaves in the Shire. I think hobbits would have liked them, but sadly, I don't think they had them.
