dreamflowerI was on a roll with my writing tonight. Then I got a call from my son. His car's broken down in Stillwater (25 miles from here). I'm going to go get him, but please keep your fingers crossed. I am not a very good nighttime driver. But I have my phone and my Triple A card. Let's hope I get there and back before the DH gets home from work.

I hear you on driving at night. I'm not sure what to think of my night vision. I wouldn't call it bad per se, but I feel less confident somehow driving at night, especially in rain or snow. If I'm driving in familiar territory, I'm fine, but I'm tense when driving at night on unfamiliar streets and roads.

I have problems at night especially with depth perception for some reason. Long empty stretches of highway give me trouble-- I'm never sure how far away something is at night.
