Just checking to see what's up with my email notifications from LJ. I've had a couple not show up today.

I sometimes get notifications via email and sometimes don't, and other times I get huge clumps of old ones. Usually direct comments to my entries show up in my LJ inbox, but replies to comments I leave on others' LJ posts don't (so, if you reply to this, the only way I'll likely know is if I happen to go back to your LJ to see).

Today I've only had one comment to a post and it didn't show up in my LJ inbox. In light of all the other massive inconsistencies in notifications, I have no idea what that may signify!

I've just had a clump of old ones turn up. I rarely post to my own journal so when I didn't hear that anyone had commented I went looking and found six entries!
