Fun with my new car!

Making it mine See my custom decals? They were the DH's idea. I have always wanted a little blue car named "Merriweather" (after the blue fairy in Sleeping Beauty. And he suggested an LotR quote-- I thought this one seemed right for a car... They were fairly inexpensive (less than $15 for both of them). So I may get myself a few more for other parts of the car, LOL!

Awww, that's cute. I like the name. I loved those little faries. I had 'Not all who wander are lost' on my last car but so far have not put a Tolkien quote on this one. It needs one though. My car is named Shadowfax. Last one was Gandalf. I have a theme going. LOL

I LOVE these. If I could find a suitable quote from LOTR and figure out how to get that beautiful lettering I might think of doing something like this too, though my dad would probably die...he hates bumper stickers, etc....

I always loved them too. From the time I was very little, "Sleeping Beauty" was my favorite Princess movie.

Well, so far, I can certainly recommend the Honda Fit. It's comfy and quiet, and I am getting great mileage-- better than the sticker claimed anyhow!

I went to a local shop that specializes in signs of all sorts; they charged by the letter-- both decals together were less than $15 (don't know what that would come to on your side of the pond) but I'm sure there are shops that do that sort of thing over there.

We went to a local sign shop. She charged about .40 a letter. (Both stickers together were less than $15, including tax.) She had hundreds of fonts to choose from. The sticker is easily rubbed on and can be removed if we need to.
