EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES POLICY
Mordor is an equal opportunity employer.
The Dark Lord recognises that it is essential to provide equal opportunities for murder, rape, pillage, torture and enslavement to all persons without discrimination. This policy sets out Mordor's position on equal opportunity in all aspects of world domination, including recruitment and promotion, giving guidance and encouragement to enslaved minions at all levels to act unfairly and cause equal discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, species, marital status, disability, age or sexual orientation. Please note that as an Embodied God of Evil the Dark Lord is exempt from the prohibition on religious discrimination laid down in the Equality Act, and all employees of Mordor are required to worship him.

Date: 2012-03-09 12:35 am (UTC)Remember the other week when you were asking about the source for Elves not speaking of someone absent? I ran into that today rereading one of Larner's old fics, The Acceptable Sacrifice. I wonder if she knows where she got it from, or if it is something she made up herself to explain why Aragorn did not know about Arwen.
