Time to dry out
Jul. 7th, 2005 12:43 pmWe're still being forecasted for more rain through tonight, but the waters have receded, and things look to be drying out. Time to gather up all the towels to wash, and see if anything that got wet was ruined.
I just hope Dennis falls apart or something before landfall. I don't want to wish him on anyone else, but I'm just not up to another storm so soon...

Date: 2005-07-07 01:10 am (UTC)Urg...Dennis...this sucks. Yeah, I don't want to wish it on anyone either (especially Pensacola where my Uncle lives, there's still 10,000 people homeless from Ivan there), but boy, I DO NOT want that thing to come here! You can say goodbye to our coast if a bad hurricane comes in.
