I saw this site mentioned by pegkerr: Middle Earth Meditations.

I've listened to a couple of them now, and afterwards, I felt so relaxed, and just as if I had spent a quiet day in the Shire. I was almost a puddle when I was done!

Thank you for this link, that sounds great. I have to give it to Siljan, who always struggles with relaxing. I don't know if he will listen to it, since it's in English and the language means "stress" for him, as he has to speak English mostly at his job. But perhaps he'll try it.
