I'm so tired...
Jul. 7th, 2005 06:55 amI give up.
Jim had to leave for work a half hour ago. It's an hour earlier than usual, but if he'd waited any longer, the streets would have been imassable even for his vehicle.
There's not a dry towel left in the house. My sewing room is nearly completely flooded, as is the front bathroom. (The one where we usually shut the dogs up.) And it's started to come in through the laundry room as well. I expect the kitchen will be next...
There's nowhere left to sweep the water, nor to dump the wet-vac when it's full.
There's water everywhere.
I'm so tired...
I'm going to go sit in my recliner and try to get some rest.
Don't know what I'll do after that.
At least I still have power and internet. And *this* room is unlikely to flood, at least.
