Lost emails

I turned on the computer and opened my email, and I had about eight or so new ones pop up. Then my thingie froze up, and I had to back out of the computer, and turn it on again, and when I did, all the new emails were gone. I know some of those were LJ comments, so if you commented to me, that's what happened...
