Grand Central Station!

dreamflowerWell, I'm almost over my cold, but boy *am* I cold! *brrr*
All week we've had the electricians in and out, re-wiring. This morning the plumber came to disconnect the old stove and cap off the gas to the dryer. He had to turn the gas off, so he could do that. Then after he left, the house was still not warmed back up when the delivery people from the furniture store arrived with a couple of storage pieces we bought. (And I will be posting pics of the cabinet my DH bought me for the sewing room--it's very hobbity! *grin*) So the house was all open for them.
Now the delivery people from Lowe's are here with the new stove, fridge and washer/dryer. They had to take the back door off the hinges--more cold air coming in! And while they are still here, the plumbers have returned to hook up the gas to the new stove. (I don't know if they'll have to shut it off again...)
The poor dogs are getting whiplash from having to be shut up so much.
But YAY! A stove that works! A real-sized fridge! And no more washing machine in the kitchen!!
