This video by singer Mandisa (and featuring some of my favorite people) debuted this morning on GMA:

And this one? It made me cry.

OK, I am having a lot of fun finding vids lately. This one is hilarious: "One Ring to Rock Them All"

This is such a sweet rendition of the Ent song about the Ent-wives:

This person has a lot more of Tolkien's words set to music here

Another LotR vid. I promise this one should not give you an undesirable earworm. It is "Into the West" rendered into Quenya, and beautifully sung.

I hope you enjoy!

Now we know just how the Ring tortured Frodo!

As a calligrapher and illuminator, one of my favorite medieval manuscripts is The Luttrell Psalter. Recently, a group of people decided to bring it to life in a charming video. It shows scenes from the manuscript reenacted.

I just spent some time enjoying this-- it's quiet and peaceful and fun. These people did a wonderful job, so I thought I'd share.

If you are at all interested in how things would have looked in the 13th century, or just want to see a lovely piece of art brought to life, this is well worth it.
