Here are the pickles I made on Sunday with the last of our cukes. Also, a rare pic of Sugar sleeping, for shirebound...

More pickles The pickles on the left are kosher dills; you can't tell, but there are two rows of pickles there--eight jars of sliced and three of whole. On the right are my lime pickles. (They don't have the fruit lime in them. The cukes are soaked in white lime powder before being rinsed and then soaked in ice water. They are a very crunchy and delicious sweet pickle.)
