My but I am spammy today!

This afternoon, the DH and I found one way to deal with the heat: we went for a swim at the gym, and then stopped at Braums on the way home. He had a Peach Sherbert Shake and I had a Peach Sherbert Freeze.

And we decided that since Friday's payday, and also since I have a little money coming in from two DS articles, that we can afford to splurge a little and go see "Cowboys and Aliens" at the local theater. Tickets are pretty cheap there (only $4) and we can just split a drink. So we are going to the 9:45 show.

I hope that it's as much fun as it looks in the previews!
