Gacked from a whole slew of people on my flist:
Comment and I'll--
1 - Tell you why I friended you. Assuming I can remember :)
2 - Associate you with something. A fandom, a song, a colour, a piece of fruit. SOMETHING.
3 - Tell you something I like about you.
4 - Tell you a memory I have of you.
5 - Associate you with a character/pairing.
6 - Ask something I've always wanted to know about you. (Or else I'll just ask a random question. I reserve that right.)
7 - Tell you my favorite user pic of yours.
8 - In return, you must spread this disease in your LJ.
You can if you want to, and haven't done it already!

Date: 2007-04-12 03:06 am (UTC)2. Frodo, Scamp, blankies
3. I love your enthusiasm for hobbits, and the way you are always so welcoming to everyone, and encouraging everyone. I think that you are a very kind person.
4. Never having met you in RL, I mostly remember you through stories and LJ. I had great fun with you when GW posted The Pepsi Saga, which I still have to remind myself from time to time *didn't actually happen* Did it? And I remember "The Breaking Point"--first story of yours that I read, and I thought it just brilliant.
5. Frodo, and especially the Frodo of Quarantined!
6. How do you seem to stay on top of everything on your flist? You always seem to be the first to comment on just about every post!
7. The one by Mucun with all 4 hobbits in it. I love that one.

3. I love the way you always seem to put a positive spin on things; and I am always impressed with your Tookish Tuesday quotes. I never would have thought that Pippin had so much to say in canon!
4. You are another I've never met in RL, but I do remember very well the first lovely postcard you sent me, and the cards I've had from you since. (And I'm so glad I got to send *you* a card of what the Coast was like *before* Katrina!)
5. Pippin, especially wee Pippin
6. How did you meet Dana?
7. That close-up of Pippin, where he looks so *young*! I think you have it labeled "Lovely Pippin" or something like that...

3. I get a kick out of your humor--even when your posts are not about LotR, I like to read them, as you are almost always funny, and have some very unique observations on things.
4. When you wrote Squiggy's bunny! I was so thrilled!
5. Sam
6. What do you like best about having a large extended family? What do you like least about it?
7. *grin* Squiggy, of course!

4. I love your story "Talking to Strangers"--it's so very realistic, and also unusual.
5. Cats
6. What "else" do you think you have in common with Queen Beruthiel?
7. That one you used right here. *points up* I love that expression--it's the quintessential cheerfulness of Pippin!

3. I get quite a kick out of your various observations on things, especially the people you see from day to day. And I do love your fic as well.
4. I was so impressed by your documentation of that dress from PotC--your costuming skills are really good!
5. Elizabeth from PotC
6. If you could go *anywhere* for a vacation, and money was no object, where would it be?
7. There's two of them. *That* one, *points up* about the flaming goats, and the Faramir one about "theraphy" LOL!

3. I love your determination and the way you deal with everything in your life--you seem to be a very upbeat person.
4. Your story "Of Difficulties and Delicate Situations"--such a unique story, and such a different take on Pippin and Diamond.
5. Pippin
6. What are your hopes for the Wee One's future?
7. The one of Pippin looking so hopeful--it's one of Dana's.

4. Well, it's kind of hard to forget us being "boob buddies" recently. It really helped me to know that someone else was sharing my experience.
5. Frodo/Aragorn
6. Why do you think you like MPREG? (Really curious.)
7. The one you usually use, of Frodo smiling at the end of the movie.

3. You are a genius when it comes to funny. I am absolutely serious when I say that you have a true talent for comedy. I could easily see you making your name as a stand-up comedian, or as a comedy writer for one. You have an incredible sense of timing, and I don't know anyone else with your skill at banter.
4. I will never forget talking to you during that awful time when I was cut off by Katrina, and how you sent me *stories* in the mail! I hope I get to hug you in RL someday for that!
5. Hobbits, especially Merry and Pippin
6. When are you going to tell us a bit about Errol's early life with Arwen?

3. I love your intelligent insight into the creative process of writing, not only your own, but that of others. And I like your integrity when it comes to dealing with writing in JRRT's world.
4. I remember how pleased I was to get your response to my first review to you. And I will never forget how thrilled I was when GW sent me Ch. 11 of ASG, when I was stuck powerless after the hurricane.
5. Merry and Pippin and Jamy Bucket
6. You've indicated that you don't feel comfortable writing Frodo--why? (Because I think you would do it beautifully.)
7. That one! *points up* That is some beautiful art.

3. You have got the most wicked sense of humor. While I started friending you because of Penny, I love your other posts, such as the newspams, and your accounts of the Bozling (who is utterly adorable! I could eat her with a spoon!) and your evol cats!
4. I remember how boggled everyone was not long ago about that really strange WTF review you got. Your comments on it were hilarious, even though seriously thought-provoking as well.
5. LotR
6. It's highly unlikely you'd ever get around to writing it into fic, so I don't feel guilty to ask: how do you suppose Penny's family in "our time" is reacting to her disappearance?
7. It's a toss up between your "Penny story plan" and the one about Frodo being a wraith--only shorter.

3. You're sweet and generous and kind and hobbity.
4. Transatlantic postage. Even if we haven't met in RL yet (and I don't think I'll make the Hobbit Moot in Scotland, sadly).
5. Again, hobbit cousins
6. Hm.... I'll take a fandom one then: Who's your favourite OC? No, don't answer that, I do have another one I've wondered about: Why don't you comment much on comments any more? Forget that. Answer the first one. ;) Or both. Or none.
7. Love the default one. It's so "pure" Tolkien.

3. And you are also very sweet and kind and thoughtful and hobbity!
4. I'll never forget your little treats during Katrina. (And I wish you could make the hobbit moot, *sigh*!)
5. Merry and yes, his cousins as well
6. My favorite OCs? Well, I think it's a toss-up between Menelcar and Mistress Poppy! And I'll answer the other as well--I've been very slow on commenting since we moved--sometimes I lose track of comments on my personal posts, though I *do* try very hard not to lose track of fic feedback. I know I haven't been posting as much personal stuff either; I don't need to be boring my flist all the time with talking about unpacking (still).
7. I really like your "hobbit heroes" one, and also the one with Merry going "oo-la-la", LOL!
