I don't know a lot about horses myself, but I do know that is an Appaloosa horse, because my brother's first horse was an Appaloosa.

Cool! We have that here, too, and my daughter and I saw the pretty horses trotting down the main street downtown yesterday. Cue daughter from back seat.. "Mama, can we...?" We'll have to find a time this weekend I think.

Well, they only did it here the one evening; it was a lot of fun though--apparently they do it every year!

Nice! We'll be going to see the holiday lights in the next week or two, and they always have carriage rides. One of these years we're going to set aside a little ahead of time and take the young hobbits on one.
