I woke up in the wee hours after a really dismal dream: the DH and I, for some reason, were back in Mississippi attempting to drive along I-10, only it was all torn up and surrounded by dead trees like after Katrina. Except worse--the dead trees were perfectly huge, and portions of the interstate were no better than a dirt road full of potholes...

Woke up to hear the wind just howling-- the preliminary to this winter storm they've been warning us of. *sigh*

Oh well! It's Christmas Eve! I do work today, but I should be home by 4, and I doubt if we are as busy as we normally would be on Christmas Eve, due to the weather. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow!

That does sound like a dismal dream. Frankly, it has the feel of so many dreams when I dream about Trinidad, everything looks dismal and dark and scary to me in those dreams. Interesting...Must have to do with unresolved ptsd issues with the events surrounding those locations for us.

Batten down the hatches and have a wonderful Christmas!

*hugs you* Luckily, you live where you never have to worry about hurricanes again. Thank goodness for you!

I think I'll move there, too.
