the_arc5 was over yesterday afternoon, and we had a great visit, talking about fic and hobbits. She brought me a bunch of yarn and knitting supplies she doesn't have room for, so I will find a home for all of it.We had stuffed potatoes, sort-of chicken cordon bleu (an easier version I made up), and salad and then since she had never seen it, I introduced her to Beauty and the Beast. (The 80s TV show, not the Disney movie.)
Alas, she had to leave before it got dark as she had a long drive home! But we had a blast, and it was so good to see her!
