Poor Polymer!Frodo, I knew him well. I returned from my knitting circle tonight to discover he was assassinated. It appears to have been a conspiracy. Miss Belladonna Took threw him from his high place upon my desk and then, to make certain he was dead, Miss Sophie ate most of his head, leaving only a few dark curls as evidence...

I thought I had a picture of him, but cannot find it. However, he is the default icon for lotr_crafts if you want to see what he once looked like.

They work together quite well. Miss Bell often gifts Sophie with items to destroy: pens, buttons, mail...in return Sophie frequently cleans her litter box if I have not yet had time to attend to it.

But this is their first murder.

Oh no!! Poor Frodo! And poor you! Sometimes pets can be a bit maddening, especially when they unknowingly tear into something beloved.

These two are something else. Endlessly entertaining and maddening!

Miss Bella has taken to sitting atop the DVR on the mantel, next to the TV. This morning she was trying to catch the weatherman's hand with her paw. When he vanished she tried to look behind the TV to see where he'd gone, I guess.

Oh, how funny! Neither one of my cats pay the least attention to the TV, though my sister's cat likes to watch football and nature programs, especially ones about fish. Dreaming of dinner, maybe. *g*

He was adorable! I'm sorry they got him. Was it at all politically motivated? Was he going to vote in some radical way that maybe outlawed kitty and doggie treats? It's so close the election that this assassination seems suspicious to me. Hmmmmmm
