My email has disappeared! It was fine a couple of hours ago! Now when I open it I get a blank screen! AAaaarrrggghhh!!!! *BADWORDSBADWORDSBADWORDS*

Our ISP is Cableone. I managed to get it back by doing the ultimate "no-no" As I frantically tried opening different windows in the hopes of finding someting useful, the whole screen locked up. So I did something that used to work on the old computer, but never tried on this one: I turned the power off without shutting down first.
When I turned it back on, everything was back to normal.
