Very sad news!

thebeecharmer, who's known for her wonderful stories about Boromir, Pippin and Merry, especially her lovely AU, "The Beecharmer".
She's a lovely person-- I got to meet her in person at ScotMoot in 2007. Since then, she's had several problems in RL, especially with both her own health and that of her husband.
I got this e-mail today frompearltook1, who also knows her in RL. I substituted fandom names for the real ones, as I don't know how many of you know her personally.
"I don't know if you all have heard -
[Pipkin]'s husband passed away this morning (Tuesday 30th) at 2:00AM.
[her husband] lost his battle with his failing liver. He was delirious early Sunday morning, [She] called the ambulance for him, and his condition steadily deteriorated from there.
He will be cremated and his ashes scattered on the ocean off the Georgia coast. His memorial service is this Friday (April 2nd) at 2:00PM at the [local] Funeral Home in [their hometown].
[Pipkin] is also recovering from a knee replacement that she had done last week Monday.
Her son and his family are with her."
Those of you who know her may wish to send prayers and good thoughts in her direction.
