dreamflowerI'm just making a quick post from the local internet cafe--it's at the other end of town, and has power and internet available.
We've been two days without power at the house, but we have gas for heat, cooking and hot water, so we are in no chance of freezing, and we don't need a cooler--I put all the food from the fridge out on the front porch.
Anyway, they said it could be as long as a week without power, so who knows--it's not as bad as Katrina. *shrug* But some of the trees look like they did down there--except with a coating of ice!
Thanks to everyone. I don't know when I'll be online again, though!
