I thought they'd *never* get ripe! But now we have...

Tomatoes!
The two large ones are the *Brandywine* variety, LOL! (How could I resist that?) The smaller ones are Jubilee and also a cherry variety. The labeled markers got lost when my seedlings blew over in the greenhouse, so I can't be positive which are which.
Tomatoes!

What'd life be without homegrown tomatoes
Only two things that money can't buy
That's true love & homegrown tomatoes!

That song!! I learned that when I was in grade school when some local folksinger came to visit, and all these years, I never knew it was actually a John Denver song. LOL

Hope your 'maters are as good as they look. :)

YUM!!! I am so envious! Frood my tomato plant tried so hard, but rabbits/squirrels kept getting to the budding green tomatoes!

They look very tasty -- what recipes will you put them into?

It's good to hear it's not only here they're late. I don't have any myself, but several people have been complaining about them still being small and green when they're supposed to be big and red. :) Maybe we'll get tomatoes by Christmas? :P

Yours look lovely though. I'm glad they finally were ripe.
